Shipping policy

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We’ll ship yours as soon as it’s packed, or let you know when it’s ready for pickup.

Anywhere in the Philippines

Shipping costs ₱50 anywhere in the Philippines and is free on orders of ₱2,000 and up. We use J&T Express, and we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Pickup at our Pasig HQ

Pickup is free. Choose it at checkout, and we’ll message you when your order is ready to agree on a time. Please wait for our confirmation before coming by or booking a Lalamove rider.

Overseas orders

We can ship abroad by post, but our checkout only takes Philippine addresses for now. Message us through our contact form, Facebook, or Instagram with the items you want and your address, and we’ll reply with the postage and payment details.
